The rich, resonant sound of slack key guitar lends itself remarkably well to Christmas music, and fans of Dancing Cat's slack key series will be pleased with this collection. Rev. Dennis Kamakahi's sentimental "Christmas Memories" is oversweet even for the holidays, but musically it's gorgeous, as are most of the other tracks. ~ Jim Smith
