 Keoki plays a lively mix of traditional and contemporary Hawaiian Slack Key guitar. Fifth generation slackkey musician, Keoki began performing ukulele with his father, George Kahumoku, Jr. while learning guitar from his uncle, Moses Kahumoku.

Kawika is a member of "Kaukahi", which was honored with Song of the Year and Group of the Year awards at Hawaii's prestigious Na Hoku Hanohano Awards. Song of the Year was for Kawika's own composition, "Life in These Islands". Kawika plays a nylon string guitar which creates a special warmth accompanying his beautiful baritone vocals. All of these recordings are compilations from The Slack Key Show which is the first long-running concert hall venue created to feature the great slack key performers of today.
